We had the opportunity to play in the big concert hall of the Sydney Conservatory which was quite an acoustic phenomenon for Shackle! Thanks to Michael Smetanin who made it all happen and the students for their persistent questions.

On Friday Sept 21 we played at the Sydney Conservatorium, in the big auditorium. The audience loved it. We sold 4 Shackle Sticks. Thanks to Michael Smetanin for his efforts.

The enthusiam of both the students and the faculty at the University of Western Sydney was most appreciated. Thanks to Ian Stevenson for his lovely hosting including a tour of the Music Department and downtown Sydney.

On Thursday Sept 20 we found ourselves in Penrith, at the University of Western Sydney. Invited by Ian Stevenson, we performed a matinee concert. Afterwards we had a very pleasant meal. Thanks to Ian for his warm welcome!

In Melbourne we taught a workshop at the Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE. Special thanks to Adrian Sherriff for preparing his students so well.

Arriving in Melbourne, going to a choir concert in The Eleventh Hour Theater, and spending a day off in the city. Thanks to Susannah Provan for putting us up!

As it turns out the UNDER_SCORED festival was in a REAL SHED! And we owe these two very artistic days to Janet McKay and our host Patrick Nolan.

We were invited to perform a concert and teach a workshop during the Under_Scored festival in Brisbane. It all happened in The Shed. Thanks to Janet for inviting us and putting it all together! Thanks to Patrick and Judi for letting us stay in their house.
